Telling stories with pictures, uniting people, nature, fashion and meaning. Capturing moments with perspectives, light and shadow. Showing familiar and often seen things in a new and unknown way. Understanding people and perceiving them correctly to capture their unique personality. Photography gives me the opportunity to capture moments that are otherwise not perceived. It is never the same and lives from its surroundings. Photography inspires me every day anew. The special thing about fashion photography for me are the people and the endless possibilities to show them and tell stories with them. It combines all the components of photography that are important to me.

Fashion sometimes shows itself in a flashy and focused way, sometimes in a casual and unobtrusive way. It never gets boring and I look forward to continuing my journey with and in fashion. My path to photography: Photography has always accompanied and inspired me. As a portrait photographer, my mother sparked my interest at an early age. It quickly became clear that there could only be one path. After a 3-year training as a photographer, I started my journey as an assistant around the world. In the beginning, I worked in a wide variety of areas, from cars, lifestyle, advertising, portraits and beauty to fashion. Through the different experiences I quickly realised that the right photography for me is fashion and portrait. So my focus changed during my residency and steered me in the right direction of fashion photography. After 6 years of assisting, I finally had to take the step of becoming a photographer. With that, a very instructive chapter came to an end. Since 2016, I have been focusing entirely on photography and work as a fashion and portrait photographer.
